FOR BEGINNERS - PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS TO OBTAIN AN EEVEE

BROTHERS LOCATION IN ORDER

Brother One: Grassy Patch

Brother Three: Bluegum Pokemon Center

Brother Four: Route 3 Secret Grotto

Talk to the waitress at the door and give her a Diner Coupon to enter. The sage would be in the back of the room.
