As always, I want to give my thanks to yoloswagings and pokemonpranay for making it possible to create and complete this guide!
We will be looking at the update from April 10th, 2020 (Click here)
It is a new area where we might be able to get rebirth crystals, which are used to rebirth any Legendary Pokemon that you already have captured and if you want to know how to rebirth those legendary Pokemon, I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you to read the Rebirth guide (Click here) before you make a mistake!!
NOTE: The start point for this new update is in Dorocoast Research Area, located by the Route 200 after you touch the Crystal. That means that it is late-game content, which can be reached after you complete the Legendary's guide 1 (Click here) and have completed the Legendary's guide 2, part 1.
--With all of this completed, you will know what is and how to use Dodrio Ride-System and all the locations you can take to, from DRA.
NOTE 2:You can skip quests to reach this New update, but I will not spend time on looking into it.
It is better to follow the story-line and complete each map in order, to not make a mess with items and names =) or having you stucked somewhere in the new map.. or you will have to go back and forward through the ''Cyrstal''´many times
NOTE 3: If you find this like it is too much stuff, you can always buy Rebirth Crystals from other users, or you can wait for a temporary event to appear somewhere in the game.
To start with, we should heal our team in the Pokemon Center to make it our respawning place if our Pokemons are defeated.
Now, we should talk to Simon, the Npc mentioned in the Official announcement of this update. Ask him what is wrong. He will tell you that he is an apprentice archaeologist and that apprentices are not authorized to partake in expeditions alone. Since we have completed so many quest so far, we tell him that we are experienced trainers and Simon will test us. Show a Gengar lvl 40 or higher and accept to assist him in the exploration of the Dorocoast Field Coastline.
--Walk north and use the Dodrio RIde-System and reach Marrabel town. Walk south and interact with Simon, south from the lake.
He sent 6 Dragonite to scope the area for discovers and one of them found a cave by the coast. He also tells that in this area is not allowed to fly, and that walking is not optimal due the terrain.
--Interact with Dragonite to get to the Coast.
We will find our self at the Sunrock Fields E2, with a grass patch to the north (I assume that there can we find Pokemon that already are in the game).
--Enter the cave by Dragonite and talk to Simon inside. He says that he is allergic to the saplings inside the cave and that a Pokemon with the move Cut will open the way for us. We should have a Leavanny with enabled for quest from cutting previous bushes/saplings. If you traded your Leavanny or sold your old one, you must get a new one and then buy the move ''Cut'' from the skill shop for 5000 coins. Remember to have Leavanny in your team before cutting the saplings.
--Make your way through the saplings using the path to the right, pick up the map on the ground by interacting with it.
-Walk outside, interact with Dragonite and go to the Deserted Island.
-Walk south and you will reach the a new Map where Simon is waiting. Talk to him.
Simon want us to find some clues around the Isle that should tell Story of the Isle and the Mysterious pond of Water in the Center of the Lake.
--Go to the center of the lake and walk on the Pond.
-Find and interact with 5 bottles around the Island:
(After the point number 5 there is a guide with screenshots if needed)
1.-The bottle is besides Simon. Interact with it and walk south-east.
2.-The bottle is inside the Rotten House. Interact with the Door to enter the house, then pick-up the bottle and leave the house.
3.-From the house walk south-east and pick-up the bottle on the green platform.
4.-Keep walking East till you reach the Shore, keep walking East and enter the sand cave.
5.- (For this bottle you will need a Pokemon in your team with the move ''Dive''. In my case I did buy the skill and then I selected it as one of the four able skills.)
Leave the Sand Cave, walk south and interact with the ''cement looking square'' by the deep and dark water.

-Go back to Simon and talk with him about the 5 notes from the bottles and we will notice that MIB are back. Yes they did follow us to the Island from Marrabel Town.
Defeat all the MIB. Note that the MIB will have lvl 100 Pokemons and you can always Heal your team by talking with Simon if needed. There are 4 MIB and the last one is by Dragonite.
Talk to the last MIB and he will tell us that we broke 2 laws:
1.-Flying in a no-fly zone
2.-Visiting restricted areas.
Fight and defeat the last MIB in an epic battle (has secret project (A pokemon lvl 120 Mismagius) to be forgiven for the crimes.. we will just get a warning
MIB are hiding something... not to mention that they also are looking for something
-Go back to Simon and Talk to the MIB group-leader.
He will tell you that they can not return to land because their Pokemon are out of moves or tired after the battle with you and they do not have Pokeballs to catch Pokemon. The MIB will give you an ''Agent Fishing Rod to catch water Pokemon for them and in exchange they will let us go (Simon as well) go without charges.
In addition they will authorize us to visit the Island at any time
--Agree with them. Now go back to the dark and deep water where we found the last bottle by the help of a Pokemon with Dive and interact there again to try to fish something.
--Defeat the 6 Pokemons to acquire ''Stack of Wailmer'' and you will obtain a strange stone (no details about the stone, and it is also not physically in your bag)
--Go back to the MIB... they will take the fishing rod back and they will also get the Stack of Wailmer.
With this done we are now authorized to fly to the Island and also walk freely on it. Simon asks them why it is actually forbidden to fly near and the reason is because there are multiple reports of a gigantic bird Pokemon roaming in the area. Whenever it appeared, people would go missing and for the safety of all, flying on Pokemon is restricted.
--Now that they are gone, talk to Simon to show the rock we just found and will know that the stone looks like the one that is missing from the Pond.
--Walk to the center of the Pond to put the stone in the slot.
--Talk to Simon again and we will know that solar drops can be putted into the pond, to create the Rebirth Crystals and that those are given by Ho-oh. Legendary Pokemons can use them to Rebirth them self over and over.
Simon will hand us a basket that can hold multiple Solar Drops to create lots of crystals at once.
You can find Larvesta around the Island. They should be uncommon/rare... Defeat them to collect Solar Drops and when you have a decent amount, deliver it to the pond to acquire RBC (Rebirth crystals). One solar drop is needed for 1 RBC.
I mentioned it at the start of this post... please read the Rebirth guide (Click here) to not make mistake.
--Now that we are done with the Pond we should walk to the East to the Shore. Once the grass ends, keep walking on the sand to the south and walk under the three trees.
--Climb down the stairs. and search for the 2 Key fragments and something to repair it to get the key that opens the Trapdoor on the ground.
(The purple lines is where you can walk, other places are collision)
--Follow the path and interact with the Trashcan by the water, to read the ''Handwritten note'':
--We will acquire ''Stone Gray Egg''... Either an egg as hard as a rock, or a rock shaped like an egg...If you found this note, then you probably explored what was left the Island. I scattered bottles with notes, documenting the journey on my way here to this cave. I gathered the Magikarp that were not injured and trained them to stay still. I was able to glue some of them together to make a raft. We are now going to float into the cave at the north and out to sea. We are abandoning this island to seek a new life on the east coast of Orden. If you find Magikarp there at the time you read this note, our escape was successful. Farewell Magikarp Island. The island which no longer has Magikarp.
[To be continued in the future storyline update]
And that should be all for now, guys!!
I hope you did enjoy it and that is was helpful ! Any comments or questions are more than welcome!!
