Usually takes about 10-15 minutes to breed an egg where the 2 pokemon are compatible and like each other/seem to get a long very well.
To hatch them. just run around the map.

To answer you LavaM50, You cann't breed S Grade pokemon which include: Dragonite, Salamance, Tyranitar, Hydreigon, Goodra, and Garchomp and any of their previous evos.

So no you can't.

Also breeding works this way:
Male and Female pokemon are in the daycare.
Both are compatible.
You will receive an egg of whatever the female pokemon in the daycare is.
i played about 3-5 hours but the girl at the daycare says Gastly and Gastly seems to get along.. why??

I gave up searching for this question in the replies:

What is the chance in breeding a shiny egg if both Pokemon are shiny, not same species, but are compatible? I really want to breed a male shiny Pichu to evolve it into shiny Pikachu, so it can breed with Pancham. Right now I have a male shiny Furret, and a female shiny Pikachu. I would really like to know how long it will take to breed another shiny.

Also, if you can answer this question, what is the chance in breeding a shiny egg if only the male Pokemon is shiny?

Please answer soon, thanks.
