Where to find Jaw Fossil

Hey. I'm looking to see if I can get a jaw fossil so I can get a Tyrunt. If you know where to find one, please let me know.
I just love Charizard! It is my favorite Pokemon! And it has TWO Mega Evolutions! I like the X version.

The Jaw Fossil wasn't released yet. The Tyrunt in game were mostly bred from the dinosaur event that ran several months ago.
