Ralts can be found on Route 1, Dunsparce is found on Route 2 and in the Darlinghurst Ranch, Oddish is found on Route 1 but can also be found on Route 15 and 16, and Larvitar is in the Grayview Secret Grotto.
There is a location guide made by Aerobous that you can also use to quick check for the location of a particular Pokemon:

Bonsly is currently not in the game.

Bonsly is found on the Ashfell Forest map, which is past grayview. Depending on where you are in the storyline, just continue the storyline you will eventually get there.
