I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the organization and management of this game. I made a purchase about a month ago worth 32 dollars. Although the game has acknowledged that I made a purchase, my benefits still have not arrived. I attempted to contact Nexus but left me with an unhelpful response followed by ignoring my second message. All I want are my benefits. Is that too much to ask for? I won't even ask any questions just please give me my benefits .
