in a normal pokemon game evs dont act like that. if you kill a pokemon that gives more than one ev but you have 251 they will still go up one. so yes, that does actually need to be fixed.

yeah plus im constantly finding new pokemon and raising them. i like eving and leveling from the lowest lvl possible.... it would be greatly irritating if i couldnt do this anymore.
or how about that shiny i missed -__- but yes i feel like those who missed out because of bugs should be compensated should they provide sufficient evidence.
i like nexus idea, it seems a really nice compromise. I just think all mods should see a report instead of just one. As long as that was being done, id think it was okay.
i like the openness. i feel it gives more responsibility to players and mods if they know others are watching. I feel like there would be more sneakiness if done in private, and ive seen harassment in other mmos when they handled reports in private.
i agree with healing items. i never use them in npc or player battles, i like to win on pokemons moveset alone. (healing moves dont count as an item, its part of a strategy, not that they can be used yet anyway) it gives richer people an advantage to just spam restores.
i think money should be optional. not a have to. that would turn the community too competitive and rude. and not everyone wants to stake money, some people just like to battle for fun, and that would take that away from people.
